Kdu documentation for helm v3

Sebastian Rojas requested to merge kdu-documentation-for-helm-v3 into master

Currently, the documentation does not reflect that for local v3 helm charts the name of the folder must be helm-chart-v3s, instead of helm-charts for v2 helm charts. This PR aims to clarify this.
