and adds them to this repository so TS
Basic 12-Ns Primitives can execute.

Installs OSM client to perform repo-index
Moves the Magma subfolder content to the top level so it will be
included in the final build
Calls osm repo-index to build all packages and index
Uses sftp to publish content to https://osm.etsi.org/vnf-catalog/Testing/

One vdu contains count=2 (two instnaces), the same for the scaling
It includes forcing IP address and mac address
It includes cloud init parsing OSM variable jinja2 example
