Update of OSM Helm installer to latest versions

Description

The current OSM Helm installer uses some bespoke Helm charts that in turn reference images that are currently outdated. This is the case for Kafka, Zookeper, Prometheus, Grafana and Mysql.

The purpose of this feature is to update the Helm installer to use upstream Helm charts for those components, maintained by entities with good reputation, and including additional features such as replication and persistent storage.

Demo or definition of done

All Robot tests should pass on a freshly created OSM instance with this installer.
