These descriptors are for a multi-charm, multi-vdu vnf, using the simple
charm, to serve as a very basic example for test and development
purposes.

NSDs modified to set the management flag in management network. VNFDs modified to indicate the cp that will be used for management instead of using the interface type OM-MGMT

This updates the descriptors for the ping/pong example to work with
Release THREE:
- Removing unused element(s)
- Renaming service-primitive to config-primitive
- Defaulting to a vim-network-name of mgmt for the mangement network
