Fix problem where the connection-point UI was not updating list correctly when button clicked to deleted a cp.
- this would actually apply to any “list”
- issue was with react “key” value being set based on array index

Added support to Composer to support a model leaf of type empty.
- complete rewrite the the serialization code
- the new architecture should allow for more easily adding in validation and default value support
- properties are now written out in the order defined by the meta data (it could matter is some definitions)
- changed from using utils.resolvePath to use the lodash version
- did much manual testing and did test comparison of ping-vnfd sample with new generation

RIFT-15726 - optimize download size -> lodash usage in UI
- Isolate specific lodash utilities to be included
- covert usage of underscore library to lodash
- did not make changes to backend api

Rift-15726 compress code in production environment
When webpack configs for “minimizing”
- define NODE_ENV to be ‘production’ to get further code reduction our of react
- add in gzip compression
Update skyquake.js to handle qzip file request
Update all calls to alt.createStore to pass in an explicit store name to fix issue caused by minification (class name duplication

RIFT-15726 - improve load time by running minification on resulting js assets.
This resulted roughly in a 70% reduction in file size.
