First update to SOL006

lavado requested to merge sol006update01 into master
  • Translates most of the guide's descriptors to the new SOL006 model.
  • Replaces VNF Indicator collection from Juju metrics to SNMP Exporters.
  • Other minor updates to consider the latest REL9 tools.
