New package vdu_replicas

Contains a new package with several vdu replicas (count>1) both at initial deployment and at scaling In contains example of fising IP and MAC address, so that OSM needs to increment this value for the vdu replica It also contains an example of parsing Jinja2 OSM variable in a cloud-init
