Aligns the descriptor ids with the package name so the
osm nfpkg-create and nspkg-create can find the squid packages

This adds the packages for the Squid Webserver
CNF which is used for the following Hackfest 9
sessions:
* Orchestrating a CNF (Juju part)
* Day 1-2 CNF Operations
