Disable repo generation in gitlab ci pipeline · b30d2b23

Currently the repo generation with "osm repo-index" fails due to
bug 1493. Because of that, the gitlab CI pipeline fails. This change
disables the repo generation until the bug is fixed.

With the standardization of pip in all modules, the dependencies
of IM and osmclient are stored in requirements.txt and must be
installed from that file.

Installs OSM client to perform repo-index
Moves the Magma subfolder content to the top level so it will be
included in the final build
Calls osm repo-index to build all packages and index
Uses sftp to publish content to https://osm.etsi.org/vnf-catalog/Testing/
