Bug 256 fixed

gracefully handle vim access without admin
- when not using admin openstack credentials, certain
  attributes are not returned (OS-EXT-SRV-ATTR:host, binding:profile).
  filter out these specific attributes so that the VNF could still
  allow simple instantiation
