Integration of Airflow helm chart as subchart of OSM helm chart

Description
Currently Airflow helm chart is deployed as part of OSM installation as a separate component, not integrated in OSM helm chart. This feature will incorporate Airflow as a subchart of OSM helm chart in the same way it was done for Kafka, Prometheus or Grafana.

All Robot tests should pass.
