Performance optimization in Kafka, MongoDB and Airflow components

Description

Kafka and Airflow are consuming more memory than required in the Kubernetes cluster where OSM is running. Performance optimizations are possible to restrict the amount of replicas and the memory consumed by them.

Demo or definition of done

The changes will be incorporated to the installer and a demo in a TECH call will show the difference in terms of memory consumption.
