Instance name as Instantiation parameters

Description

This feature aims at providing VM instance name as instantiation parameters. Currently the deployed instance name is chosen by OSM following a specific format: NSID_MemberIndex_VDUID.

In this feature the user will have the option to select the instance name by providing it as an instantiation parameters.

Demo or definition of done

A Robot test will be created or updated. During instantiation, instance name will be defined as part of the instantiation parameters. One the VM instances are created in the VIM, the instance names will be retrieved and they must be the same as the ones provided by the user in instantiation parameters.
