Installation of ingress controller in OSM community installer

Description

This feature proposes the installation of an ingress controller as part of the Kubernetes cluster where OSM is installed.

Services such as the NBI and NG-UI will be exposed through that ingress controller instead of a NodePort service, which is the current way. Other services offering an HTTP service such as the webhook translator and the webs of Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager and Airflow will be properly evaluated.

Demo or definition of done

OSM installation will use that ingress controller. The feature will be considered done when OSM is installed with that ingress controller and all tests pass.
