Support Additional Capabilities in Flavor for the use of GPU acceleration in Openstack

Description

Private and public clouds have additional capabilities that can be requested when creating a VM apart of the number of vCPU, memory and disk size. In order to use those additional capabilities in those clouds, some clouds offer specific flavors or provide the capability to add extra capabilities to existing flavors.

In the case of Openstack, additional capabilities are added via flavor extra specs. Extra specs are used for advanced configuration of compute instances. The goal of this feature is to be able to define & instantiate a VNF with additional flavor capabilities oriented to the use of GPUs.
