Support for Migration of KNFs

Description

Currently, OSM only supports the migration of VNFs. Our feature proposal aims to enhance OSM's capabilities by implementing migrations for KNFs. Currently, VM migration occurs between Compute Hosts by giving the Compute Host's name. Our idea is to extend this feature and allow KDUs' instances, part of an NS instance, to move between Kubernetes nodes by giving, for instance, the K8s Node label. A typical use case this would enable is when we have multiple PoPs within the same K8s cluster. Migration would allow us to easily move KDU instances between locations.

Demo or definition of done

When a KNF's migration is performed between two Nodes, confirm that the running Pod is, in fact, removed from the previous Node and launched on the second.
