Prometheus recording rules for VNF and NS status

Description

Prometheus Recording rules allow to precompute expressions and save their result as a new set of time series. Querying the precomputed result will then often be much faster than executing the original expression every time it is needed.

This feature will evaluate the capabilities of Prometheus Recording rules to derive metrics from existing metrics. Particularly the feature will be used to derive the NS status and VNF status from the VM status (obtained from the VIM) and NS topology (obtained from MONGO). The obtained metrics will be stored in Prometheus, which is the current system storing the metrics.

A demo will be showcased, where derived NS status and VNF status will be shown.
