Support for Anti-Affinity groups

Description

Many VNF include multiple VDU performing the same function for scalability and also redundancy, and it is then required that the corresponding virtual machines are instantiated in different hosts, to avoid losing more than one instance if a host fails. This capability is specified in SOL-006 as Anti-Affinity groups, but it is not yet implemented in the OSM IM (it is ignored).

Demo or definition of done

Instantiation of a VNF package that uses anti-affinity groups as specified in SOL-006. The test should check that the groups are not ignored and indeed the VM are always located in different hosts.
