OSM registerrs a new alarms when there is a request for scale, heal or alert through external webhook. But there is now way for OSM users to see if the alarms are registered correctly. Moreover the user can't chnae the alarm parameters after the alarm is regstered.

With "enhanced alarm management" feature OSM users will have better visibility and interaction with the registered alarms. OSM users can -

1- List the current alarms 2- Update the alarm threshold 3- Enable or disable the alarms

Following new commands will be implemented in OSM client -

1- osm alarm-list: This command will list all the alarms registered in OSM. 2- osm alarm-info: This command will show the details of a specific alarm 3- osm alarm-update: This command will allow - a- to change the threshold of a specific alarm. b - change the webhook address of alarm c- enable or disable the alarm

Alarm is only trggered if the threshold vcriteria is met and the alarm is enabled.

New NBI interfaces that will be implemented are - 1- NS fault management interface - alarm list and acknowledge alarm
