It introduces the Keystone host variable which should help in
Kubernetes distributions. It also checks if the database was
created but it is empty.

bug present in user deletion for the queens version.

Updating the Keystone installer script and dockerfile.

Adding the necessary environment variables to the
NBI MDG Dockerfile in order for the Keystone authentication
to work.

Completing the docker-compose yaml, fixing renaming typo
in keystone dockerfile and updating environment file
creation.
