This merge request is to update the instructions for setting up the Openstack VIM.
During the setup of a Openstack VIM I realised the lack of these variables was preventing me from creating the connection, as the assumed values were default instead of the specific names they should have.
Note: Both project_domain_id and user_domain_id were provided with the correct values.
This was tested with a Openstack Infrastructure with several projects.
