fix kafka issues developing with kubernetes

It is fixed a problem detected debugging NBI and LCM at K8s for accessing kafka from the VM. It is needed to add another host at /etc/hosts for that.

In addition added a link at the beginning, explaining how to replace the docker container with a modified code.
