Revert "Fix bug 1931: adds missing parameter"

This reverts commit 1a9cf4646bf405c737717a063950697955261179.

Reason for revert:

Incorrect K8s cluster is being examined.  The kubecfg.yaml for the kubectl
command needs to match the one to which the service was deployed.
