Description

Suppose if we need to have DCI, right now we instantiate the NS with member index and with that NFVO understands that it has to invoke WIM plugin as well. But this is should not be the case.Any SDN/WIM plugin activation/deletion should be maintained seperately, which gives ease of maintainence and monitoring the WIM with all the SLA's in future.
