Upgrade client tools in OSM installer to latest versions

Description

In order to have safer End-Of-Life periods, OSM client tools installed during OSM installation (age, sops, minioc, argo, yq, etc.) need to be updated to use the latest versions.

Demo or definition of done

All Robot tests should pass.
