Description

In order to have safer End-Of-Life periods for Release EIGHTEEN, which is an LTS version of OSM, the current version of Python used in all OSM modules, which is Python 3.10, needs to be updated to use the newest Python version, which is Python 3.13.

Demo or definition of done

All Robot tests should pass.
