Description

This feature proposes to address the technical debt of feature 10910, which covers the implementation of OSM client commands and Robot tests for the feature.

The technical debt from Release FOURTEEN was previously captured in the following bugs, which have been closed:

• Missing OSMclient command: https://osm.etsi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2274

Demo or definition of done

A new E2E Robot test will be created covering the migration of VMs using osmclient commands.
