Description

Currently, OSM helm chart is not published. This limits the capability to use OSM helm chart directly or even incorporating it as a sub-chart. This feature proposes the publication of OSM helm chart in a helm chart repo hosted in OSM Gitlab.

Demo or definition of done

The procedure to create and publish the OSM helm chart is automated and documented as part of the Release Process.
