Description

This feature is intended to add cluster certificate renewal as a new operation for Kubernetes clusters managed by OSM that are running in private clouds. Certificates in Kubernetes cluster might expire and the end user might want to renew the certificates. The feature will rely on the new architecture for cloud-native management of infrastructure and applications.

Demo or definition of done

A Robot test will be created or updated testing certificate renewal from OSM, and that test will run in the daily job and should pass.
