Description

This feature is intended to allow the creation, update and deletion of Kubernetes clusters with Cluster API (CAPI) in Openstack clouds. The feature will rely on the new architecture for cloud-native management of infrastructure and applications.

The interaction with Openstack will be done using Cluster API and the CAPI Openstack provider.

Demo or definition of done

The procedure will be documented and a demo will be done in a TECH call. In addition, a Robot test will be created or updated testing cluster creation from OSM, and that test will run in the daily job and should pass.
