Description

The current implementation of AWS VIM connector lacks of some functionality:

• Disk creation in AWS uses only the default image disk. No disk list is taken into account and the default disk size does not match the expected one. This was previously captured in bug https://osm.etsi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1853.
• Network creation with specified CIDR is not supported. This was previously captured in bug https://osm.etsi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1856.
