Airflow monitoring pipeline for VIM status

Description

This feature will evaluate the capabilities of Airflow to build a monitoring pipeline to retrieve VIM status. The feature should rely on a simple query that could provide a quick answer. The VIM status will be pushed to Prometheus, which is the current system storing the metrics.

The VIM to be covered by the feature are Openstack, Azure and GCP.

A demo will be showcased, where VIM status is shown.
