Airflow monitoring pipeline for VM status and NS topology

Description

This feature will evaluate the capabilities of Airflow to build a monitoring pipeline to retrieve VM status from VIM and NS topology from MONGO, which, combined appropriately, could be used to derive the NS status and VNF status. The obtained metrics will be pushed to Prometheus, which is the current system storing the metrics.

The VIM to be covered by the feature are Openstack, Azure and GCP.

Demo or definition of done

A demo will be showcased, where VM status and NS topology are shown.
