Audit Logs Generation for OSM

Description

This feature enables Audit Logging for OSM in NBI. Audit logs would record the occurrence of an event, operation performed by the event, time at which the event occurred, user/project that performed the event in a system. This feature would enhance security and correlation. As a part of Audit Logs, the following events would be captured,

1. Incorrect login attempt- Records any user incorrect login attempts to OSM.
2. User Login and Logout- Records any user login and logout operations in OSM.
3. Resetting Passwords- Changing user account password
4. Administrator access- Records any access attempts to accounts that have system privileges.
5. Account administration/Services- Records all account activity like fetching, creating, updating, or deleting resources from OSM

Demo or definition of done

Every event listed above is recorded as an audit log in NBI along with the timestamp, operation performed and its responsible user and project
