Description

Provide different QoS parameters, namely bandwidth, for network slices using ingress policing in OvS bridges.

Maximum bandwidth limiation is done. Minimum bandwidth rule using egress ports is implemented but could not be tested in our current environment.

Demo or definition of done

This feature can be described in NST and the slice is created with the defined QoS parameters. QoS parameters can also be changed dynamically during the lifetime of the slice.
